I’m a Person Centred EMDR therapist specialising in trauma and chronic stress. I work mainly with high-functioning adults who appear to be coping but are struggling internally. I currently have limited daytime availability for private clients.

Sheryl is a very attentive, highly skilled and empathetic therapist, clearly understands the emotions associated with trauma and makes you feel understood, supported and listened to.
I was wary of trying EMDR - returning to old memories - but Sheryl ensures you are safe and ready and it turned out to be must less scary than I'd imagined and the results were also much quicker than I expected.
